About The Role





Based in Aberlour we are looking to fill an administration assistant role


Duties and Responsibilities:





Reporting to Head of Training and Compliance
To work with both training and compliance teams

To keep all training up to date and in order on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

Maintaining the training log, following up missing documentation. Identifying errors and rectifying

Working as part of a team, supporting in the event of holidays and sickness

Basic admin - answering phones, copying, scanning and shredding
Help integrate the new Learning Management system i.e. Generate reporting lines etc.

About you



Experienced in working with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Access database software

Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to use own initiative and capable of problem solving

Excellent communication and writing skills

Ability to work under pressure in a busy office with lots of distractions

Hours:


16 hours weekly over 4 days
9.30am-1.30pm (Mon-Thurs)
