Working closely with managers, other departments and technicians, the Administration Assistant will provide essential support to help keep the business running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports
Deal with confidential HR information
Communicate with clients
Ensure all documentation complies with lab standards and quality procedures
Support the Management team with administrative tasks and compliance paperwork
Assist with invoicing and billing coordination related to lab services
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with laboratory procedures, or the construction industry is an asset
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
