Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant to join us in our Fulham office working across multiple teams. This is a multifaceted role offering the opportunity to be involved in marketing, events and other administrative tasks. This position is ideal for a candidate with exceptional organisational skills and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established furniture design and manufacture business.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle brochure distribution to prospective clients, architects and interior designers. Manage the general email inboxes assigning leads and forwarding aftercare enquiries appropriately. Organise internal social events (e.g. Christmas party, summer socials) Provide general administrative support to the marketing, technical, installation and leadership team as directed
Support of Technical and Installation Teams

Assist with the preparation and dispatch of physical assets including samples boxes, gift boxes and FM packs Paint and ship samples to clients and co-ordinate with our client's the delivery Stock samples as and when they come in Handle regular orders for office and showroom supplies including stationery, toiletries and coffee
Marketing and Digital Content

Support the marketing team with content creation using Canva (e.g. social medial graphics, reels) Assist with website updates, including resizing images, uploading blogs and maintaining product collections. Maintain marketing stock levels (e.g. Nyetimber, brochures, stationery) and order styling props and materials Support the upkeep of showroom iPads and manage the distribution of marketing materials Order brand stationery including graphic updates (business cards, letterhead, envelopes)
Client & Event Engagement

Coordinate and prepare for showroom and external events including goody bags, refreshments, and venue set-up Handle event logistics such as guest lists, check-ins and photography management Work with marketing team to ensure all guests have received the invite and check their availabiltiy Manage the client gifting process related to Google Reviews and track interactions using internal spreadsheets Attend events as a brand ambassador including serving canapes and drinks
Skills & Experience

Excellent IT skills in the Microsoft suite, TEAMS etc Experience using some design software such as Canva Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to travel occasionally to support events Confidence in multi-tasking across departments and handling back of house responsibilities Strong attention to detail and can-do attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
