We are a very busy car dealership based near Bath, and require a full time administration assistant to help ensure smooth operation of the day to day running of the business.
Working days will be 3 days per week 9AM - 6PM, exact days (weekdays only) to be agreed with candidate as have slight flexibility on days & start/finish time.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, can use their initiative, and can keep up with a fast pace. Previous experience within an admin role is a must.
Duties & responsibilities:
Directing phone calls & emails to the relevant colleagues
Managing rotas/staff sickness, holidays & payroll.
Ensuring office supplies are well stocked and office is tidy.
Populating adverts on Autotrader.
Managing accounting i.e. expenditure and invoices
Inputting and auditing vehicles & data on our invoicing system & stock funding.
Greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming environment. Answering and managing general enquiries and questions via phone and email.
