Mammoth Bathrooms is growing, and we're excited to welcome a new Lead Caller to our Bathgate team. Your role will be to reach out to customers who have completed our online quote form for a bathroom installation. You'll be their first point of contact, making sure every enquiry is acknowledged promptly and handled with the friendly, professional service we pride ourselves on.
What you'll be doing
Calling new leads
daily
to make first contact and follow up.
Qualifying enquiries
to ensure they match the services Mammoth provides.
Gathering essential information and logging each lead accurately.
Scheduling appointments
for the appropriate Design Consultant based on customer needs and availability.
Maintaining excellent communication and representing Mammoth Bathrooms in a positive, friendly manner.
What we're looking for
Confident, clear phone communication skills.
Friendly, approachable demeanour -- you're the first voice customers hear.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to work consistently at pace.
Someone proactive and comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls.
Previous phone-based or customer service experience is essential.
