We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients
Duties
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and our own bespoke systems
Collect, collate and issue project health & safety files for our clients
Liaise with Contractors and clients to obtain required project documentation
Book hotels & flights when required for field staff
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
Support other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional environment
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Ability to prioritise workload
