Job Description

King's Academy Binfield are looking to add an experienced administrator to their busy admin. office at King's Academy Binfield (Secondary phase).

We are looking to appoint an efficient, flexible, friendly and reliable person to help with the smooth running of the reception and admin. office at King's Academy Binfield - Secondary phase, providing front facing and administrative support to visitors, the teaching staff and senior leadership team.

You will need to have a good telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents, visitors and outside agencies. We would expect the successful applicant to demonstrate accurate typing skills, have the ability to multi task whilst remaining calm under pressure and show a willingness to contribute to the wider life of King's Academy Binfield and King's Academy Oakwood. The successful applicant would be expected to cover attendance and our medical room when staff are absent.

SALARY SCALE:



KGA/PCC Band 1, Points 1-2

23,473pa -23,656pa pro rata plus Outer London Fringe Allowance of 706pa pro rata

Actual gross salary (inc OLF) 20,552pa-20,708pa.



CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS

:

38 weeks per year (Term Time only plus 2 days), 37 hours per week, Hours 8.00am to 4.00pm (with 36 minute unpaid lunchbreak). Monday to Friday.

Flexibility to work additional hours during the holidays may be required.

START DATE:
