We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to team members and management
Managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing enquiries as appropriate
Organising and maintaining digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Data entry and updating records accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars to optimise time management
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Supporting office organisation by ordering supplies and managing inventory
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and efficient at all times
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry and clerical duties in a busy office setting
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute is desirable
