We are a family run, diversified farm in Burton Bradstock, Dorset. We have a campsite, 2 restaurants, 2 live music venue's with bars, 3 music festivals a year, microbrewery and cider production, a flock of sheep and a herd of cows.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of admin tasks, a helping hand to work as part of a small team on a variety of projects. . The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities
Assisting the admin team
Managing bookings in all aspects of the farm
Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Data entry tasks with accuracy using Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software. Training can be provided.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, partners, artists and beyond.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial record keeping
Ordering stock
Support team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder stock when necessary
Creating content and posting on social media
Assisting with the planning, development and completion of events
Requirements
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, google sheets)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and document management
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
Tech savvy
Knowledge on social media presence
