We are a family-owned cleaning business dedicated to providing top-quality services. As our business grows, we're looking to hire a proactive and reliable Administrative Assistant to manage our Connecteam platform and SociaL Media manage with other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update schedules, tasks, and employee records on Connecteam.
Monitor and respond to inquiries related to cleaning appointments and team availability.
Assist in maintaining and organizing client information, including quotes and contracts.
Provide administrative support with invoicing, timesheets, and payroll.
Assist with social media updates, promotions, and other marketing efforts.
Help organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Perform other general administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience using Connecteam or similar workforce management software (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.
