Castle Leisure Limited requires a full-time Administration Assistant based at our Head Office near Central Cardiff. This position will report directly Administration Supervisor and the Financial Controller.
Administration Assistant duties will include:
Interrogate, ensure accuracy, and validate trading site trading information.
Investigate errors and variances within the Company trading information and cash reconciliation processes and report findings to the Administration Supervisor and relevant Company Manager.
Transfer financial information from trading sites into the Company's accounting system and carry out weekly and monthly checks to ensure reconciliation of key control accounts.
Check and analyse club petty cash purchases for authorisation and accuracy.
Assist in the updating of Company Records and statistics as required by Company Directors or Executives.
Provide any additional information as required by either a Company Director, Executive, Manager or Administration Supervisor.
General administration duties some of these include scanning of weekly paperwork, answering incoming calls and deal with queries, meet and greet Guests/Visitors and receive deliveries.
The ideal applicant will be organised and methodical in their approach. Attention to detail will be key.
The successful candidate must be able to work under their own initiative and within a team.
Previous administration or cash office experience and/or a Business Administration qualification is an advantage, although full training will be given.
This is a full-time role, working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday, with hours ranging between 8:00am and 5:15pm.
Salary:
23,400 - 25,000 depending on experience
per annum.
