Work closely with Store Management to advertise vacancies internally and externally
Review incoming CVs from job postings and local applicants; discuss candidates with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Managers
Contact applicants to assess their suitability for advertised roles
Arrange assessment centres and interview schedules
Support in running assessment sessions
Coordinate and conduct staff inductions and onboarding processes
Complete required right-to-work and identification checks
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Prepare and issue employment contracts for new starters
Personnel Duties
Support management with AWOL procedures
Assist with note-taking during disciplinary, grievance, and other formal meetings
Conduct exit interviews alongside management
Compliance
Assist Assistant Store Managers with completing due diligence documentation
Report any missed compliance checks to the Store Manager
Carry out internal audits as directed by the Business Support team
Other Duties
Upload and update content on the internal Wing Yip intranet (WIP)
Place orders with suppliers when requested
Support the creation and display of point-of-sale (POS) materials
Organise and follow up on quotes for in-store work or maintenance
Oversee all store posters and ensure they are accurate and well-presented
