We're supporting a well-established business based in Cullompton to find a reliable and detail-focused
Part-Time Administrator
to join their small, friendly team. This role will involve a mix of admin support, data entry, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing paperwork and inputting data accurately
Answering incoming calls and handling client queries
Taking messages and ensuring follow-ups
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks
Managing records and updating systems
Requirements:
Previous admin experience preferred
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Organised and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Confident using basic IT and Microsoft Office
Bonus Points For:
Any experience with payroll, finance, or accounts (not essential)
Working Hours:
3 days per week (ideally Tues-Thurs, 9am-5pm with 1hr lunch)
Flexibility available for the right person
This is an on-site role based in Cullompton.
