We are looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and organisational skills, along with great attention to detail. You'll be supporting all departments with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Processing orders
Entering data
Handling customer queries about orders
Managing and replying to emails
Organising product samples
Assisting with other admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Able to work well in a small team
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
