Job Description

Purpose of the post:



Be the face of the Eco-Power Stadium by being responsible for the stadium's main reception area welcoming and greeting visitors and deliveries.

Provide administration support across Club Doncaster.

Key duties and responsibilities:



Provide excellent customer services for people visiting the Eco-Power Stadium. Provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Sign visitors in and out, following Club Doncaster Health and Safety/Safeguarding procedures. Responsible for the phone line into reception, handling varied queries and transferring through the relevant person(s) or department(s). Handling the reception email address by responding to queries and forwarding on emails to relevant person(s)/department(s). Manage outgoing post from the organisation, and having confidence using a franking machine. Manage the Your Parking Space system, dealing with car parking fines and ensuring staff and company vehicles are whitelisted. Provide signage for events, where appropriate. Handle incoming deliveries, ensuring all parcels and mail is delivered to the right person(s)/departments(s). Work with internal staff on the Wall of Fame and Club Doncaster lottery. Handle Car Boot enquiries. Handle incoming charity requests into the organisation. Support with Doncaster Rovers birthday announcements and requests. Ensure signing-in sheets are kept updated and every visitor signs-in when on-site. Oversee the Club Doncaster Van and Mini Buses procedure, ensuring staff follow the procedure correctly and be the responsible person for the signing in and out book and keys. Ensure stationary is kept updated across the Club. Support with the distribution and allocation of match day programmes. Be on hand to support the Operations Manager or Chief Executive Officer with any administrative tasks, where appropriate.
