We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a professional attitude towards communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle incoming calls/email correspondance with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone/email etiquette.
Organise and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
Utilise Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support financial tasks using Xero for basic bookkeeping and invoicing.
Assist making graphics in Canva and helping with social media
Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Skills
Proficient in computerised systems with strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in administrative and clerical duties is preferred.
Familiarity with Xero and/or Canva is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
