Your Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to day-to-day office enquiries
General office organisation - keeping supplies stocked and files up to date
Filing, scanning, and data entry for job files andvehicle logs
Collating timesheets
Downloading, naming, and organising site photos, forms, and job-related file

Posting updates to our social media accounts
What We're Looking For:
Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
Confident on the phone and in written communication
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
Able to manage time well and prioritise tasks
