We're on the lookout for a reliable and organised

Admin Assistant

to join our small busy team. This is a varied support role where you'll help with general office organisation, admin tasks, and social media .

Your Key Responsibilities:



Answering phone calls and responding to day-to-day office enquiries General office organisation - keeping supplies stocked and files up to date Filing, scanning, and data entry for job files andvehicle logs Collating timesheets Downloading, naming, and organising site photos, forms, and job-related file

Posting updates to our social media accounts

What We're Looking For:



Organised, proactive, and detail-focused Confident on the phone and in written communication Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools Able to manage time well and prioritise tasks

Training provided for the right candidate
