We're now seeking a
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to support our Admin Manager with day-to-day operations, customer enquiries, and general office duties.
The Role
This is a varied, customer-facing role ideal for someone organised, approachable, and confident on the phone. You'll work closely with our Admin Manager and the wider team, helping to keep our busy events office running smoothly.
Your role will include handling incoming enquiries, managing documentation, assisting with bookings, and supporting internal communications. There's also the opportunity to contribute to
social media and marketing
activities if you have an interest in that area.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle customer and client enquiries, providing excellent service and accurate information.
Assist with general administrative tasks -- filing, scheduling, data entry, document preparation.
Support event logistics, quotes, and project administration.
Liaise with suppliers and clients to confirm details for upcoming events.
Maintain and update company records and shared calendars.
Option to assist with
social media posts, marketing materials, and website updates
.
Work closely with our Admin Manager and support the wider KBE team.
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
Confident communicator with a polite and professional phone manner.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office / 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
An
interest in events
is a plus, and
experience in event management or hospitality
is desirable.
Must be based within commuting distance of Inverness.
