Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide general office and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will cover general administration, office and facilities support, basic IT and equipment support, events and engagement assistance, content and reporting.
Training will be provided for all areas of the role, including internal systems and tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing Early Warnings
Handling inbound and outbound post
Scanning and shredding documents
Updating the company's internal intranet
Managing Trustpilot and Google reviews
Downloading and vetting CVs
Chasing paperwork and onboarding documentation from staff
Preparing conference and meeting rooms for events and visitors
Keeping the office tidy and well organised
Stock checks and placing orders
Collecting and handling deliveries
Liaising with the business centre as required
Liaising with external vendors (e.g. cleaners, water suppliers, office fruit providers)
Assisting with basic IT issues (e.g. headsets, simple fixes, setting up PC's)
Updating Excel reports (training provided)
Assisting with social media content
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not essential
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling a variety of tasks
Reliable, approachable, and able to work independently
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
