Role overview




We are seeking a motivated individual to join our experienced Restructuring team at FRP Advisory in our Glasgow office. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the professional services sector. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for further development and professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities



Answering switchboard calls for the Scottish offices, directing these to the appropriate team member. Collecting, franking and posting all outgoing mail for the team including working with our external provider to ensure larger mails are sent in a timely manner. Dealing with all internal mail, ensuring it is forwarded to the correct office/team member. Coordinating client events using the CRM system, including scheduling drinks receptions and restaurant bookings. Submitting stationery orders, taking in deliveries and changing, ordering and monitoring all photocopier and printer toners. Ensuring engineers are requested if faults occur to limit the impact on the business. Liaising with offsite storage provider for collections and deliveries of documents. Filing correspondence on client electronic and hard copy files, requiring a high level of attention to detail. Ensuring disbursements are accurately recorded for invoicing purposes. Assisting with onboarding clients and completion of KYC checks. Assisting with setting up meeting rooms first thing in the morning to ensure that they are ready for guests to arrive. Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments where appropriate including ordering lunches for meetings. Maintain the case management system and other software To undertake any other office support work as and when required. Co-ordination of health and safety requirements for the location.


Qualifications



GCSE English and Mathematics grade 5 or above Ability to exhibit our core values of being clear, honest and considered in your approach to work Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients and colleagues Diligent with keen attention to detail and a professional approach to work Adaptable and flexible approach to work with a genuine willingness to learn Excellent organisational and administration skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
