We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Maintenance, Installation and Parts Department.
Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records on company CRM
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing customer data.
- Process daily update reports for all customers
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Assisting department Managers as required
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to chase outstanding tasks.
Experience:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Training will be provided on the job
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Experience within an office is preferred but not essential
