We are recruiting for a new team member to join our Compliance/ HR Department to work at our Head Office based in Wolvey, Leicestershire.

Description



Due to rapid growth, we need to expand our administration team to maintain our high standards of compliance, recruitment and employee engagement.

This role will be supporting all aspects of Compliance and Recruitment activities to ensure that our team members are fully compliant, our policy and audits requirements are met and that the data in our systems is maintained accurately.

Duties



Maintain all compliance related files and systems Keep on top of missing documentation and ensure compliance within given timescales Build relations with new and existing colleagues to maintain communications allowing for compliance measures to be met Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SIA related documents/ qualifications/ licenses Help prepare for and respond to routine audits both internal and external Support recruitment activities Policy and procedure delivery and implementation Issuing of uniform and ID badges

Requirements



Previous administration experience would be an advantage. Computer literate Knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint Be a team Player Be polite and approachable to staff/clients and visitors Be punctual and reliable Be smart & professional Due to our location and lack of public transport options, you would need to have a full Driving License and have full access to a vehicle Have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of your work/ study history for the last 5 years

Hours of Work



Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with flexibility to support the needs of the business
