We are a construction company providing services to the insurance industry, offering resolutions for policyholders who have suffered fires, floods, escapes of water, subsidence and other incidents. The successful candidate will have several key roles within the business. Including, but not limited to:

General



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Communication



Making and responding to calls and emails within the agreed service level agreement. Providing information to Policyholders regarding their claim journey Managing the Surveyors diary Receiving messages from various stakeholders and communicating them to the relevant team member Providing our key suppliers with relevant job information Immediately report any expressions of dissatisfaction to the Manager. Attending company meetings.

Documentation



Uploading schedules and documentation to Staff Job Cards Updating company App Creating, amending and uploading CPPs Creating and uploading RAMS Uploading drying certificates Creating site folders

Purchasing & Financial



Raising and submitting invoices and substantiations Collecting excesses from policy holders Collecting material choices from policy holders Ordering materials and tracking deliveries Experience working with Xero accounting software is advantageous

Records



Updating internal records Maintaining policies and documentation to ensure compliance with our H&S Accreditations
