Are you organised, proactive, and ready to support a dynamic technical team? We're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Test and Repair Team, where your contribution will help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with product flow by supporting the production activities within the Test and Repair department Create clear and accurate job instructions for assembly and test operators using customer documentation Pick and prepare components from stores required for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) Book products in and out of the department, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation Use Excel log sheets to record incoming and outgoing work within the cell Being adaptable and flexible through learning roles in the Test and Repair cell and supporting priorities.

Person Specification



Previous experience in manufacturing Basic understanding of electronics (preferred but not essential) Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and handling documentation Demonstrates excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic, keen to learn new skills, and wants to grow with the business Brings a friendly approach and a positive attitude to work

Working Hours

- (39 hrs P/W) Mon - Thurs: 07:30 - 16:30, Fri: 07:30 - 12:30.

Overtime opportunities are available.

Salary

- Dependant on Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,005.00 per year
