Full-time Administration Assistant



Location:

Keighley, West Yorkshire

Salary:

26,227.50 per annum

Hours:

Full time - 40 hours per week (consisting of 37.5 hours paid, plus a 30-minute unpaid daily lunch break)

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Reporting to:

General Manager

About the Role



We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administration Assistant to join our growing security systems business. This is a full-time, office-based role reporting directly to the General Manager and plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the business.

The role would suit someone with previous experience in alarm installations, electronic security, or a similar service-based industry, who is comfortable supporting engineers and dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities



The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

Booking in installation, service, and maintenance work for alarm engineers Managing engineers' diaries and scheduling jobs efficiently Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, suppliers, and engineers Preparing job paperwork, work orders, and basic documentation Updating internal systems with job details, service reports, and customer information Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and general office administration Liaising with engineers to ensure jobs are completed and closed off correctly Supporting the General Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicating with customers and engineers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment Experienced in alarm systems, security installations, or a related industry (preferred) Competent with Microsoft Office and general office systems Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities calmly
