We are seeking a reliable and well-organised
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to join our team in our friendly and vibrant Central London office. This is an on-site role suited to a proactive individual who enjoys a varied administrative position.
Key Responsibilities:
Filing and maintaining paperwork and records
Ensuring the office is tidy, organised, and well-presented
Ordering and purchasing office supplies
Managing and updating business accounts and records
Organising and planning office events
Providing general administrative support and assisting with ad hoc tasks
Reports to the Director of Learning and Development
Requirements:
BSc degree from a recognised university (essential)
No prior experience required; previous administrative or
office experience is preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication skills
Basic IT proficiency (email, spreadsheets, document handling)
