Role Overview:





The role of Administration Assistant is vital to support with the smooth running of the Operations team. This includes supporting with departments such as transport, scheduling and purchasing. This position is suitable for anyone who enjoys a varied role in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities:





As Administration Assistant, key duties include:


Assist with the daily administration duties for the operations team.

Provide administrative support to Scheduling, Transport, Customer Services, Operations, SHEQ and Purchasing.

Answer calls and be the first point of contact for the intercom.

Coordinate meetings where required.

Communicate with visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department.

Prepare reports and internal communications where applicable.

Responsible for ensuring sufficient office supplies are available.



What we're looking for:




Previous experience in an Admin or office support role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with NAV (Desirable)

Hours of work:



Monday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Friday: 7:00am - 2:45pm
