Register new patients and process patient records accurately
Summarise and scan clinical correspondence
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Process referrals, hospital letters, and test results as directed
Support QOF, recalls, and chronic disease monitoring admin tasks
Provide clerical support to GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT

Assist with audits, data collection, and reporting

Previous experience in a GP practice, NHS, or healthcare setting
