We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing, preparing and communicating data within our business. This position requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Optimise operational workflows and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment on operational support and delegation
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Analysis, segmentation and trend spotting for weekly and monthly reports
Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
Audit onboarding and compliance documents such as right to work, health questionnaires, contracts and handbook
General admin and diary planning
Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry, analysis and ability to report concisely
Strong presence with the ability to be the face of the office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required.
