We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and assist with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct data base searches
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports as required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A professional and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not required.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs may occasionally be required.
