Job Description

We are seeking an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to join our Probate Department. This is a varied role that would suit someone with strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work.

:



Drafting and sending correspondence to clients, banks, beneficiaries and other third parties Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and sensitive manner Assisting with the day-to-day administration of probate files Managing documents, records, and general office tasks Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required

About You:



Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable dealing with sensitive matters in a professional and empathetic way Well organised, with good attention to detail Able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements on a daily basis Previous administrative or legal experience is desirable but not essential
This role can be varied and sometimes unpredictable, requiring adaptability and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
