We are seeking an organised, excellent detail and result-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to support daily operations across various departments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Prior experience in clerical tasks and proficiency with recognised software tools are essential for this position.
This role is office based role, no home working, as we are out of Redhill in a rural location, with no public transport, Applicants need their own transport
Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Accounts software, Microsoft 365 Business Centre would be helpful
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events,
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Support accounts payable/receivable processes through accurate data entry and record keeping
Coordinate with Sales team/Ecommerce team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS 365 Business centre
Experience accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated with high accuracy, as we work in great detail
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
