We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy office and provide essential support to our sales and finance teams.
Role Overview:
You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, assist the sales team with documentation, and ensure a smooth handover of paperwork, finance applications, and vehicle records. This is a varied role that would suit a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Complete all vehicle administration, including logbooks (V5s), service history records, and sales paperwork
Assist the sales team with preparing finance applications and submitting documents to finance companies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Liaise with finance companies, DVLA, and other third parties as needed
Prepare vehicle handover packs for customers
Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone enquiries
Maintain filing systems and general office organisation
Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous administration experience (automotive industry experience desirable but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident working with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable supporting a busy sales team environment

Experience:
Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Automotive or finance administration: (desirable but not essential)
Licence/Certification:
Full UK Driving Licence (required)
