We are looking for a bright Admin Assistant to work part time in our office at a busy Sheffield city centre Bodyshop.
Responsibilities include: handling email and telephone enquiries, reception duties, booking in repairs and dealing with customers, updating computer based systems, accounts and assisting in other office duties.
Previous office experience and computer skills essential and also knowledge of Sage would be an advantage. You will need to have attention to detail and the ability to learn new procedures quickly, you must be numerate and literate and able to communicate very effectively verbally and by email.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
