Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:



Handling incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner Creating and managing property particulars, ensuring accuracy Conducting due diligence checks on clients and maintaining records Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication Providing general administrative support to enhance the overall efficiency of the office

Requirements:



Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience in administration or customer service is a plus Proficiency in using office software and equipment
