Fleet Mitigation Solutions (FMS) provides a nationwide vehicle repair network and repair management services to several markets within the motor insurance industry. We work with commercial insurance brokers, fleet operators, and industry partners to deliver a fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
The Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth running of the business, handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with repairers and suppliers to arrange vehicle repairs and services.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Support with preparation of client reports and documentation.
Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration.
Provide general office support as needed, including data entry.
Liaise with all parties involved in the claim to keep our client's costs and disruption to a minimum.
About You:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Previous administration experience
Previous experience in accounting software e.g. QuickBooks (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, can-do attitude
Eagerness to learn
