The Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and well-organised
Administration Assistant
to support our small but busy office team. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and post
Booking couriers and liaising with customers to arrange deliveries
Welcoming visitors and receiving goods into the office
Processing customer payments accurately and securely
Handling filing, data entry and document archiving
Supporting general administrative and reception duties as required
What We're Looking For
Confidence using PCs and office software (email, Word, Excel etc.)
Clear, professional communication, both spoken and written
A well-organised, accurate and calm approach to work
A friendly attitude and willingness to assist others
Previous experience in an office or customer service role would be helpful, but full training will be provided
