Job Title:

Admin Assistant





Reporting to: Family Time manager



Hours: 16 - 20 Hours per week.



Working closely with the Family Time Manager, this role is to assist with the administration of enquiries, ensuring that they are all followed up in a timely manner. It will involve scheduling of work, sourcing and rostering of staff



Location: Holbury Offices




Essential Skills





Experience of working in the Childcare/Social Care Experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment that can require daily re-focusing on new priorities. Experience of working with Microsoft Office. Organised and the ability to independently prioritise tasks. The ability to work alone when required and to be self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Desirable Style





Whilst not essential, a qualification in Childcare/Social Care, administration and education would be highly beneficial. The use and understanding Microsoft Teams as a main working tool. Experience of working with Teams desirable. To have a flexible attitude towards work. Have an open attitude towards learning and be aware of areas of development and training requirements.

They will to need develop and maintain empathy with any issues, needs and requirements and respond accordingly.
