Admin Assistant
to join our team and support our operational excellence.
Role Overview
As a Admin Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide vital administrative support to the team. You will work predominantly alongside our Service Manager, while occasionally assisting our Operations Managers, Health & Safety Director, and Managing Directors as needed. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and operational teams, while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to helpdesk inquiries via phone and email.
Maintain accurate job logs, client records, and compliance documentation.
Liaise with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support operational teams with administrative tasks, including profit and loss reporting and analysis.
Assist with documentation and keeping this up to date.
Assist in managing our company fleet
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or helpdesk role (construction or industrial sector advantageous).
Basic understanding of financial reporting (profit and loss experience desirable).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of rope access industry (IRATA) is desirable but not essential - training provided.
