We are a modelling agency seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our small team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts inbox for all account enquires with professional and good use of English, directing enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Excel and Xero
Managing client purchase order numbers
Support invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping through Microsoft Excel and Xero
Experience
Prior office experience or administrative experience is important; training for the internal processes will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft File Explorer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Adobe, and basic data entry techniques `
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Good typing speed and accuracy to support document preparation and data management
Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing systems and record keeping is advantageous
Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively within a team environment
