The opportunity includes, but is not limited to:

Supporting the department with various administrative tasks for example preparing, scanning and filing documentation Assisting the Finance team with managing the day-to-day banking for the business, raising payments, recording receipts, and maintaining accurate records Coding all invoices and expenses ensuring they are authorised according to the process, including credit card purchases Maintaining Purchase and Sales Ledgers on our accounting system and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner Assisting the HR and Facilities team with managing day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as preparing and issuing HR related documents and helping fix issues across the building Maintain and update records relating to holidays and sickness and other personnel related tasks Support the Recruitment team with events and activities, event set up and management of Inboxes
