We are looking for a proactive and adaptable office administrator to provide support across our marketing, ISO compliance, HR, and recruitment functions. This is a multi-faceted role central to the smooth and efficient operation of our business, requiring a fast learner with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Assist with marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and prepare marketing materials.
ISO Compliance:
Support the maintenance of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, coordinate audits, and manage compliance records.
HR:
Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, assist with onboarding, and act as a point of contact for HR queries.
Recruitment:
Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
A-Levels or equivalent achieved.
Previous experience in an administrative role with diverse responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
A proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to take initiative.
A fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desirable:
A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or HR.
Understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms like Instagram.
Graphic design skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards.
Experience in an HR or recruitment support role, particularly using Indeed.
