Job Summary




To deliver robust and high quality administrative and operational support to the Legal Service department and contribute to the general success of the business.


Core Responsibilities




Monitor department inboxes and action emails Printing and posting documents Collecting, filling and shredding incoming post Inputting data as required Maintaining spread sheet data Photocopying, filing, scanning documents Collating bundles of documents both electronically & hard copies Copying discs, extracting information, encrypting discs, downloading medical radiology records Downloading full file prints Other Ad Hoc requests for administrative support To undertake any other tasks as deemed relevant and reasonable by the business.

Key Performance Indicators




Your KPIs and Objectives will be discussed and agreed with you on a one-to-one basis. You will have regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager to review your performance against these objectives and identify any areas for development and/or required support.


Person Specification




Essential




Competent working with a case management system and good knowledge of Excel and Word. Ability to work to deadlines and with good time management skills Strong awareness of confidentiality and attention to detail Customer focused with strong communication skills Reliable and punctual with flexibility to cover for team members as required Ability to balance workloads and multitask as required

Desirable




Experience working in a similar role Maintains a positive 'can do' attitude, self-motivated and uses own initiative. Team player who acts as a role model to your colleagues for the Minster Law values. Robust - able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives. Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment. Takes opportunities to develop and stretch yourself and be passionate about developing your career with Minster Law.
