We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our small team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic organisation.
Duties
Manage and coordinate financial administration and data entry with precision
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner.
Assist with invoicing and financial record keeping using Xero.
Skills
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks demonstrating attention to detail.
Familiarity with Xero accounting software is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
