We are a busy

carpentry, fire safety, and construction company

based in Wolverhampton, looking for a reliable and organised

Administration Assistant

to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident supporting multiple team members -- including the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide general administrative support to staff and managers Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain digital and physical records (Connect teams, One Trace, server) Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book accommodation (Staff on site and the Managing Director) Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations Oversee basic office management tasks (supplies, equipment) Respond to client and customer queries professionally Assist directly with day-to-day needs of the MD

What We're Looking For:



Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Confident with Microsoft Office and digital filing systems A proactive, team-oriented attitude Previous admin experience is desirable but not essential

Salary & Hours:



24,000 per year 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Office-based in

Wolverhampton
