Are you looking for an Administration Manager role, with an office like no other? We may have the job for you!
THORPE PARK Resort are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Contract Administration Manager. This is a key role within our busy Technical Services team, helping to ensure this large and critical business function, runs smoothly. You will manage a small and friendly team of administrators, with the focus being to support the finance and compliance processes, and systems. As our Admin Manager you will oversee all aspects of administration for the Engineering and Facilities management teams, ensuring all the departmental processes and systems are maintained. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also liaise with external bodies, such as ride manufacturers, as well as internal departments; managing the day to day processing of financial transactions, ensuring that the Engineering Departments finances are maintained in an efficient and accurate manner.
What is it we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for in a successful candidate?

  • Previous management experience; for example, as a supervisor, or team leader
  • Previous administrative experience within a busy and fast paced working environment
  • Experience raising purchase orders/invoicing and budgets is necessary
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work using your own initiative when managing workload and deliverables
  • Confidence using a computer with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and financial software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or any CAFM is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a technical environment is desirable but not essential

This role is Full Time, Fixed Term Contract until 1st April 2024, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required. Flexibility is required to support operational needs; however, hours are generally 7.15am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday.
