Job Description

The Role:

We are a team of people for whom customer service is our top priority. The role is based in a busy office environment. The role of the Administrator itself plays a key part in delivering high standards of service to our clients by providing professional administrative support to our clients and colleagues. This involves using our systems and processes to collect, process and maintain client information, issuing tickets, processing invoices and collecting payments, also liaising with oversea hotels and tour operators.

The Person:

Ideally, you will have some experience working in a busy team within an office environment and/or have experience within the travel industry. You should be comfortable working independently and using your own initiative as well as contributing to part of a team. It is also important that you can be responsive to client contact, whether face to face, over the telephone and via emails.

The Offer:

This is a full-time permanent role.
