Tyre Centre Direct is seeking a full-time Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our Bilston, West Midlands office. The suitable candidate will be involved in scheduling, logistics, accounts & any other administrative efforts. They will work in tandem with other office staff to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
Graduates preferred with business knowledge
Experience in business administration and runnings preferred
Experience in the tyre industry preferred
Experience with Social Media i.e, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
Efficient at job logistics including scheduling, planning and delivering services to customer satisfaction
Client facing role so strong written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to maintain customer relations and mitigate any issues
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to change.
Must have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner with a solution-focused approach to any problem

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
