About the Role
As the first point of contact for our Children's Home, you'll play a vital role in helping our team stay on top of daily admin, reporting and communication. Support the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies
Arrange and attend key meetings, take minutes, and circulate documentation
Monitor actions and ensure deadlines are met across key operational areas
Contribute to the positive, can-do culture of the wider care team
About You
You're highly organised, a great communicator, and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same. You understand the importance of discretion, especially in a setting that supports children and young people with additional needs.
Experience in a busy admin or secretarial role, ideally in health, social care or education
Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail
Friendly and confident when dealing with external partners, families, and colleagues
Knowledge or understanding of children's residential care settings is desirable but not essential
