Work base: Coed Pella



An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Building Control team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration and technical support by being able to carry out a range of administrative duties to support the Building Control Officers.





The postholder will need to have good communication skills to be able to deal with a high proportion of calls from our customers and to be able to work to deadlines. .




The job will also entail working with various IT systems and as part of this role you will need to ensure that the Information is recorded accurately .


The successful candidate should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above.. And have administration experience. The successful candidate will need to have experience of receiving and handling information and be able to deal with information in a variety of formats. And they will be responsible for validating and registering Building Regulation applications.


This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
